Animals & Our Mental Health with Bubbles Dog Rescue 3/24
Sunday 3/24 - 2:00pm - The Surfing Fox in Santa Monica
A portion of all ticket sales will go back to directly help Bubbles Dog Rescue save more animal lives in the Los Angeles area.
Join Club Rewire & Bubbles Dog Rescue at The Surfing Fox to hear a licensed therapist specializing in animal assisted therapy speak on the connection between animals and our mental health. Learn about the connection between our nervous system, anxiety relief & attachment to the animals in our lives. After hearing from our guest speaker on the patterns we can prioritize within our pets & ourselves - visit with dogs from Bubbles Dog Rescue and learn more about their organization!
This is an animal friendly event - Surfing Fox will be offering a “Yappy Hour” with food and beverage to order (two item minimum required) & even has pet friendly snacks you can order for your pet!
We will also have two dogs from Bubbles Rescue attending the event looking for their forever homes!
Enzo: This 2 year old shepherd Labrador mix is such a sweetie. He’s dog friendly & kid friendly! Enzo was saved from riverside shelter - he’s a bit shy at first with new people, but once he gets a treat from you he will love you so much. Enzo is super grateful to be around any people that give him love and throw him some toys, he is gentle, kind, sweet and fun!!!
Enzo loves playing with his foster sister and taking walks or runs with his foster family, but he’s pretty medium energy. He loves to have play time but also just lay by your feet while you work or watch TV. Enzo is looking for a family who will love him and never let him go.
Rojo: This guy is perfect if you’re looking for the friendliest medium pittie. He is a 1 yr old boy saved from euthanasia for overcrowding at Downey Shelter . Rojo is also just under 45 pounds, the perfect size!
Rojo is super cat and dog friendly and loves dogs of all shapes and sizes! He’s the loveliest boy but still has tons of puppy energy, since he’s so young, he definitely would love a home with kids but ones that he can’t knock over! Otherwise, he’s seriously the best dog around. He is also cat friendly!
Rojo loves to play ball, run around in the yard with toys and love on any humans - he loves strangers and would be great for a large family, a family that’s looking for a dog for their dog, or even just to be a companion for an active person or couple!
